Dogs have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. At 14 years old I joined my first Flyball team, “Four In The Fast Lane” and was soon helping to train some of the team. At the age of 17 I started my first pet obedience school and after completing a National Diploma in Animal management I built on this to run 3 separate schools around the South London area.

Competing heavily in both Flyball and Obedience I have dedicated my entire life to teaching and training multiple disciplines, reinventing many human – dog relationships along the way. After two amazing years of racing with Four in the Fast Lane, I moved on to work with a more experienced team. and at just 18 years old I started my own team, “Tails We Win”.

Tails We Win has been in the UK top ten since it launched and has bought together an amazing group of UK based flyballers. Very recently, after a lot of hard work, Tails took several European Flyball records, including currently being the fastest team in Europe and one of the fastest in the world with a time of 14.64s. This is all down to utilising everything I have learned since I started my flyball journey.

I started to run my own “Joe Lamont flyball Workshops” in 2017. These were put together using the the skills and techniques that I have developed and have become hugely popular enabling myself to travelled world wide delivering them to some of the best teams around.

Tails We Win Workshops help to reinvent the relationship between handlers and their dogs . Using only positive training methods and lots of fun I can help and enable you to improve your technique, your dogs technique and ultimately the speed your dog will run
